All epoché products are made to order; please allow up to 3 weeks after received payment for your order to shipped. epoché is located in Canada and uses Canada Post to send all of its items.

Everywhere Else – country specific
Unless you are a resident of Canada tracking numbers are not available at the standard rate of shipping. If you would like a tracking number for your package, please contact us directly, and we will invoice you the additional cost via paypal. Epoché is not accountable for any duty or customs charges that may occur in your packages shipment or responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like to pay for a private carrier (DHL, Fed Ex, UPS) and receive your item faster, please contact us directly. Note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable & are not responsible for return shipping.

Full refund within 14-days: Buyers bear all shipping costs for returning the product. Products must be in unused condition to be reimbursed. Once the product is returned, a refund will be issued. If there are any defects or damage, please contact me as soon as possible. Seller is responsible for the return shipping costs if the reason for return is due to defects in workmanship. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs for other reasons.Refund/Exchange for custom made items will only be accepted if it is due to defects in workmanship. Otherwise, all custom orders are final and no return/exchange is accepted.
If you are shipping your return from outside of Canada please mark ‘Return’ on your customs label. If a customs and duty form is required, please declare the items as “No Commercial Value – Defective Canadian Goods Return”, as epoché does not accept packages that require customs duty and taxes.
